The dark liquid is coffee water. The tea holder has linen thread and waxed Linen thread inside, being test dyed. If all goes well; we will have found a good color match for this exhibit belt repair.

Shared some techniques of wampum belt repair with Kerri. Did we tell you Kerri came on board as a Native Interpretive guide, 2017. This woman is something! She jumps in (carefully) with what ever task/job/event presented to her! Whoa. Kerri is Mohawk. Her grandfather was Alex "the Bear" Terrance, son of Margaret,Orakwino, (Lazore) and George Terrance.
